All a tech invested person has ever wanted, increased digital penetration at every level of banking, ease of payments and the most important of them all, accessible, easy and convenient financial literacy means. Its 2021, there's absolutely no need for me to go on about how everything is slowly getting digitized, but the pandemic brings about changes that otherwise would've taken YEARS to reach India. People are ever more conscious about proxemics, people (the sane ones😶) avoid social spaces, don't wish to be handling cash that nobody knows who handled or how many times was handled and even don't wish to be in the usual long checkout lines.
